What this site is

This site describes the studio and the products we build. It is informational. Downloading or using a product is governed by that product’s own terms: BillVoc’s are at /billvoc/terms, and Heartkeep’s are on heartkeep.me.

No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Product pages describe what the software does; they are not a promise that it suits your circumstances.

Our content

The Huygen Labs name, the product names and logos, and the text and design of this site belong to Huygen Labs. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution. Do not copy it wholesale or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others. If you find a security issue, email us and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else.

Third-party links

The site links to places we do not control — Heartkeep, Google Play, and others. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and product details may change as the products do.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huygen Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
